There are a number of training programs offered each year to support our supervisory team with best practices and resources to continue to develop as a leader and support their teams effectively. Explore some of the resources that were provided through past programming:

The 领导 Engagement Forum is an annual spring event which is designed to support our supervisory community with opportunities to enrich their perspectives and gather helpful resources and best practices central to key topics in leadership. Guest speakers participated in providing helpful resources in a number of areas ranging from self-care, navigating difficult conversations, understanding leadership styles and more!
