What is 质量问题?
质量问题 is a nationally recognized standard for online/hybrid course design. It consists of a rubric with
42个标准, a set of training courses, and a peer-review process for official certification.
Online/Hybrid Course Certification
质量问题 requires that you wait until a course is mature – run more than 2 times – before submitting for the QM peer review process. 一次认证, it can carry the QM certification for 5 years unless there are major revisions, such as changes to the learning outcomes or the textbook.

Saint Paul College “Internal Review Cohort”
Work asynchronously over 5 weeks with other faculty and an Instructional Designer to assess your course’s readiness for the official QM peer review process. Usually offered once per semester, the cohort requires previous QM training/experience to participate.
